Erika Scibelli is the Government Affairs Manager for the Health Policy Commission (HPC). Prior to her role at the HPC, Erika was the Legislative Director and Legal Counsel in the office of State Senator James T. Welch where she was the Senate point person for the Joint Committee on Health Care Financing. Erika is a 2006 graduate of UMass Amherst and earned her Juris Doctorate from Western New England University School of Law in 2012.
